Yêu cầu:

Vị trí từ số 1 đến 5:

  • Tốt nghiệp chính quy các trường Đại học.
  • Chuyên ngành: Cơ khí; Điện – Điện tử
  • Tiếng Anh: Nghe nói đọc viết lưu loát, TOEIC từ 605 hoặc tương đương.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (word, excel, power point…).
  • Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Cơ khí/Điện – Điện tử, trong đó có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Dầu khí.
  • Địa điểm làm việc: Văn phòng Công ty tại Vũng Tàu hoặc tại HCM

Vị trí từ số 6:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật Kinh doanh/Luật kinh doanh quốc tế/Luật Thương Mại
  • Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh trong công việc (tối thiểu TOEIC 650).
  • Có hiểu biết và khả năng làm việc trong lĩnh vực Kinh tế hợp đồng liên quan đến hoạt động dầu khí, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Thư ký Hội đồng quản trị tại các doanh nghiệp.
  • Địa điểm làm việc: Văn phòng Công ty tại Vũng Tàu

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
  • To be technical onshore focal point for assigned mechanical equipment for offshore maintenance team on all assigned equipment, including cranes, valves and rotating equipment on offshore facilities.
  • Responsible for maintenance strategies of the coverage equipment, procedures, plans; including routines, campaign maintenance and ad-hoc work, and changes to meet audit compliance as required by Corporate and 3rd party audit.
  • Be budget owner for maintenance spare part and maintenance service for scope of equipment coverage, to develop and managing annual working budget toward maintenance plan.
  • Prepare and oversee testing, inspection, maintenance programs for system and equipment of accountability. Ensure the testing programs and requirement are complied with Company requirement, code and best practice as relevant.
  • Conduct routine audit for maintenance activities, maintenance procedures of discipline related, for improving performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead & Participate in the investigations of failures for all equipment in own responsibility as required.
  • Evaluate spares requirements and optimize spares holding. Evaluate suitability of equipment suppliers. Co-ordinate with other department and supplier to ensure in time ordering, delivery toward smooth operational activities.
  • Conduct operational verification and calculation as required on control, instrument and metering, provide discipline assistance to the related Technical Authority and other discipline engineers as needed.
  • Provide daily operation technical support: technical review of PRs, spare requirements, minmax level; Contractor/ vendor management; assist with MOC/MCC process, and maintenance audit; Onshore QA/QC and pre mobilization inspection where required.

  1. MARINE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
  • To be technical onshore focal point for assigned marine mechanical equipment for offshore maintenance team on all related matters, including the above listed on the offshore facilities, including LSA (Life Saving Appliances) & Fight Fighting system, Valves (of Marine, Utilities, Process Topside,); Hoses Management.
  • Responsible for maintenance plan of the coverage equipment, procedures; including routines, campaign maintenance and ad-hoc work, and changes to meet audit compliance as required by Corporate and 3rd party audit.
  • Be budget owner for maintenance spare part and maintenance service for scope of equipment coverage, to develop and managing annual working budget toward maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and oversee testing, inspection, maintenance programs for system and equipment of accountability. Ensure the testing programs and requirement are complied with Company requirement, inspection class, code and best practice as relevant.
  • Conduct routine audit for maintenance activities, maintenance procedures of discipline related, for improving performance, identifying areas for improvement,
  • Lead & Participate in the investigations of failures for all equipment in own responsibility as required.
  • Evaluate spares requirements and optimize spares holding. Evaluate suitability of equipment suppliers. Co-ordinate with other department and supplier to ensure in time ordering, delivery toward smooth operational activities.
  • Conduct operational verification and calculation as required on equipment related scope, provide discipline assistance to the related Technical Authority and other discipline engineers as needed.
  • Conduct pre-mobilisation inspection on temporary/portable equipment to offshore facilities. Witness test and inspection as part of quality assurance for equipment repair activities onshore (include containers, Electrical or Diesel Driven equipment, Portable Generators, Portable Device Appliances; Instrument devices; Hoses, lifting frame; lifting gears; tanks; ect.), ensure equipment meet technical and safety–related requirement, and follow Company Procedure.
  • Provide induction on Company requirement to contractor and ensure requirement are fully followed.
  • Provide daily operation technical support: technical review of PRs, spare requirements, minmax level; Contractor/ vendor management; assist with MOC/MCC process, and maintenance audit.
  1. MARINE MACHINERY/ UTILITY ENGINEER
  • Be responsible and onshore focus point for all maintenance technical matter for Marine Machinery/Utility equipment, including all marine machinery and certain static equipment on Engine Room of the FPSO: including boilers, steam turbines, pumps, PSVs, heat exchangers, air compressors etc.
  • Responsible for maintenance strategies of the coverage equipment, procedures, plans: including routines, campaign maintenance and ad-hoc work, and changes to meet audit compliance as required by Corporate and 3rd party audit.
  • Be budget owner for maintenance spare part and maintenance service for scope of equipment coverage, to develop and managing annual working budget toward maintenance plan
  • Prepare and oversee testing, inspection, maintenance programs for system and equipment of accountability. Ensure the testing programs and requirement are complied with Company requirement, code and best practice as relevant

  • Be responsible and onshore focus point for maintenance technical matter for all control, instrument and metering system and associated system, and all change associated with these systems.
  • Be accountable for instrument maintenance strategies, procedures, plans; including routines, campaign maintenance and ad-hoc work, and changes to meet audit compliance as required by the company and 3rd party audit.
  • Be budget owner for maintenance spare part and maintenance service for scope of equipment coverage, to develop and managing annual working budget toward maintenance
  • Prepare and oversee testing, maintenance programs. Ensure the testing programs and requirement is complied with Company requirement, code and best practice as relevant
  • Conduct routine audit for maintenance activities, maintenance procedures of discipline related, for improving performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead & participate in the investigations of all instrument equipment failures as required
  • Evaluate spares requirements and optimize spares holding. Evaluate suitability of equipment suppliers. Co-ordinate with other department and supplier to ensure in time ordering, delivery toward smooth operational activities.
  • Conduct operational verification and calculation as required on control, instrument and metering, provide discipline assistance to the related Technical Authority and other discipline engineers as needed.
  • Ensure the management of instrument equipment in hazardous areas is being correctly applied on the offshore facilities.
  • Provide daily operation technical support: technical review of PRs, spare requirements, min-max level; Contractor/ vendor management; assist with MOC/MCC process, and maintenance audit;
  • Onshore QA/QC and pre mobilization inspection where required.
  1. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
  • Be responsible and onshore focus point for all maintenance technical matter for all electrical system, and all change associated with electrical systems
  • Be responsible for electrical maintenance strategies, procedures, plans; including routines, campaign maintenance and ad-hoc work, and changes to meet audit compliance as required by Corporate and 3rd party audit.
  • Be budget owner for maintenance spare part and maintenance service for scope of equipment coverage, to develop and managing annual working budget toward maintenance plan
  • Prepare and oversee testing, maintenance programs. Ensure the testing programs and requirement is complied with Company requirement, code and best practice as relevant.
  • Conduct routine audit for maintenance activities, maintenance procedures of discipline related, for improving performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead & Participate in the investigations of all electrical equipment failures as required.
  • Evaluate spares requirements and optimize spares holding. Evaluate suitability of equipment suppliers. Co-ordinate with other department and supplier to ensure in time ordering, delivery toward smooth operational activities.
  • Conduct operational verification and calculation as required on electrical equipment loads and demand, provide discipline assistance to the related Technical Authority and other discipline engineers as needed.
  • Ensure the management of electrical equipment in hazardous areas is being correctly applied on the offshore facilities.
  • Provide daily operation technical support: technical review of PRs, spare requirements, minmax level; Contractor/ vendor management; assist with MOC/MCC process, and maintenance audit; Onshore QA/QC and pre mobilization inspection where required.

6.  CHUYÊN VIÊN PHÁP CHẾ KIÊM THƯ KÝ HĐQT

   a. Công việc pháp chế

  • Xây dựng hệ thống các hợp đồng mẫu.
  • Soạn thảo, soát xét và tham gia đàm phán hợp đồng.
  • Phối hợp theo dõi quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng. Quản lý và lưu trữ các hợp đồng Thương mại.
  • Tư vấn pháp lý, cập nhật, nghiên cứu áp dụng và phổ biến văn bản pháp luật, công ước quốc tế.
  • Tham gia giải quyết các tranh chấp pháp lý nếu phát sinh.

   b. Công việc Thư ký Hội đồng quản trị

  • Lập kế hoạch, sắp xếp và thông báo các cuộc họp của Hội đồng quản trị.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận trong Công ty để nắm bắt nội dung, chuẩn bị tài liệu liên quan đến cuộc họp, soạn thảo thông báo, thư mời dự họp và tổ chức cuộc họp theo yêu cầu.
  • Ghi biên bản các cuộc họp HĐQT và chuyển phát cho các thành viên liên quan.
  • Quản lý, kiểm soát trong quá trình tiếp nhận, lưu trữ và lưu chuyển những thư tín, công văn liên quan của HĐQT.
  • Thường xuyên phân loại hồ sơ, tài liệu của Hội đồng quản trị, thiết lập hệ thống lưu trữ hiệu quả, bảo đảm độ chính xác và nhanh chóng khi tra cứu.
